Upcoming Classes

AHEM offers re-licensure classes for professional development. Most classes are offered as 2-hour online/synchronous classes via Google Meet.

 

These classes are available FREE to AHEM members. Before registering, log into LMS to check which classes you might need for renewing your license.

 

Each online PD class will be offered at least once a trimester during each school year.

PLEASE NOTE:
All classes will CLOSE for registration ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS, or when attendance reaches 125 MEMBERS.

Reading Preparation-Scientifically Based

This PD fulfills the license requirement for meeting the varied needs of English learners, from young children to adults under section 124D.59, subdivisions 2 and 2a, for Tier 3 or 4 licenses.
